Rich has been covering the homebuilding, building products manufacturing and distribution, and heavyside sectors (cement/aggregate) for over 30 years. He is considered one of the preeminent investment bankers in the homebuilding and building products industries. Rich has vast C-Suite relationships across the various industry sectors and has advised numerous Boards on many of the industry’s leading M&A and capital markets transactions throughout his career.

Joe is a senior investment banker with nearly 30 years of experience advising clients across the Industrials sector, with a particular focus on the Paper, Packaging, and Engineering & Construction industries. Prior to joining Vestra Advisors, Joe spent 19 years at Bank of America, where he led coverage of these sectors and advised on many of the industry’s largest and most transformative M&A and capital markets transactions.

Bryan is a highly experienced investment banking professional focused exclusively on the construction industry, including homebuilding, building products, construction technology and home products and residential services businesses. Bryan began his career as an analyst at Citigroup, and most recently was a Director within the Global Industrials Investment Banking Group, where he led the firm’s construction technology efforts.

Tarun is a seasoned investment banker in the homebuilding, land development and building products sectors. He has amassed nearly a decade of experience working for Citi, one of the premier investment banks, distinguishing himself as a trusted advisor in a wide array of complex M&A and capital markets transactions.

Otso is an experienced investment banker with extensive knowledge of the building materials as well as building product manufacturing and distribution sectors. He has amassed approximately a decade of experience, most recently as a Director at Citigroup where he distinguished himself on an array of complex M&A and capital markets transactions. Otso began working at Citigroup in 2015 as an Associate.

Stephen joined Vestra in mid-2024 after more than 2 years covering the construction sector at Citi. He has worked on numerous buy-side, sell-side and capital markets engagements across the Building Products, Homebuilding and Construction Technology sectors, while covering some of the largest and most prominent players in the space. Prior to joining Citi, Stephen spent over 5 years at PwC focused on implementing tax automation solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Stephen received a bachelors degree in Economics from Swarthmore College where he was a member of the lacrosse team. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, mountain biking, and rooting for the New Jersey Devils.

Ian has been an analyst at Vestra since early-2024, supporting senior bankers on a wide range of projects across various coverage verticals. Prior to joining the firm, Ian attended Virginia Tech where he received a B.S. in Finance. After completing his studies, Ian began working at Wells Fargo within the Healthcare Services Investment Banking Group. He moved to Vestra as family ties to the homebuilding industry aligned his interests with the coverage areas of the firm. Outside of work, Ian is an avid golfer and fisherman and enjoys reading in his spare time.

Ayush joined Vestra as an analyst in early-2025, providing support to senior bankers across coverage verticals. Prior to joining the firm, Ayush attended The Stern School of Business at New York University where he received a B.S. in Finance and Data Science. After completing his studies, Ayush began working at The Consello Group within the M&A

Investment Banking Group. Outside of work, Ayush loves playing cricket, exploring new restaurants and enjoys cooking in his free time.

Carl joined Vestra in mid-2025 as an analyst, supporting senior bankers across a diverse range of transactions and sectors. Before joining the firm, Carl earned a B.S. in Finance and Business Honors from Texas A&M University. He began his career at RBC Capital Markets within the Real Estate and Homebuilding Investment Banking Group. Guided by his deal experience and Texas roots, Carl transitioned to Vestra to deepen his focus on the homebuilding sector and broader industrials. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and exploring new places around New York City.
