- Bryan Kuhn is a seasoned investment banking professional with extensive experience in delivering bespoke M&A and capital solutions to businesses in the homebuilding, building products, construction technology, and residential services sectors
- Before founding Vestra Advisors, Bryan was a key member of Citigroup’s Global Industrials Group, where he spearheaded the firm’s Construction Technology initiatives. He stands out among his peers for his deep understanding of the construction industry’s unique dynamics, coupled with a passion for technology, innovation, and sustainability. This combination enables him to identify and capitalize on opportunities that deliver exceptional results for his clients
- Bryan has successfully advised on many of the industry’s most complex M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory transactions. His notable M&A experience includes the sale of Builders Digital Experience to Zonda, Lennar’s acquisition of CalAtlantic—the largest homebuilding M&A transaction to date, the sale of Interior Logic Group to Blackstone, the acquisition of Cabinetworks by Platinum Equity, Taylor Morrison Homes’ acquisitions of AV Homes and William Lyon Homes, the sale of Nortek to Melrose and numerous other public and private buy-side and sell-side engagements. Bryan has also raised over $30 billion for his clients across equity and debt capital markets, representing companies such as Taylor Morrison Homes, Five Point, Forestar, Tri Pointe Homes, William Lyon Homes, New Home Company, WCI, UCP, Summit Materials, and JELD-WEN
- Bryan earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech, graduating magna cum laude with honors. He began his career at Ernst & Young in the audit department before transitioning into finance
- Currently residing in Brooklyn, New York, with his wife, Stephanie, and their golden retriever, Tribeca, Bryan enjoys cooking, competing in triathlons, traveling, and watching college football in his free time
