From an M&A perspective this includes: the sale of Elkay to Zurn, Holcim’s acquisition of Malarkey Roofing Products, the sale of Forterra to Quikrete, Holcim’s acquisition of Firestone Building Products, the sale of Cemex’s Kosmos assets to Eagle Materials, the sale of Continental Building Products to Saint Gobain, the sale of Florida assets owned jointly by Votorantim and Anderson Columbia to CRH, CRH’s acquisition of Ash Grove, Beacon’s acquisition of Allied Building Products, the sale of WCI to Lennar, the sale of Heidelberg Material’s Martinsburg assets to Argos, Beacon’s acquisition of Roofing Supply Group and Builders FirstSource’s acquisition of ProBuild. Additionally, Otso has helped clients raise and manage capital through a robust pool of both debt and equity transactions.
