Landsea Homes Expands Texas Presence with Acquisition of DFW-Based Antares Homes
Landsea Homes Corp., a residential homebuilder based in Dallas Texas, announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Antares Homes, a Dallas-Fort Worth based homebuilder for $232mm in cash. Antares Homes is a local, family-owned homebuilder known for specializing in quality, energy-efficient home construction in communities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, including Arlington, Burleson, Forney and more. The transaction is subject to customary working capital adjustments upon closing and has been unanimously approved by the Board of Directors of Landsea Homes. The transaction is expected to close in early February of 2024, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
